• Calcium Hardness: the calcium content of the pool water, the general pool water hardness is the calcium hardness, which can be simply understood as the difference between hard water and soft water. The calcium hardness value is recommended to maintain between 220 to 350ppm.

• Total Alkalinity: The total alkalinity of a swimming pool allows the pool water to be maintained at the right pH level, too low a TA value will make the pH very unstable, but too high a TA value will gradually raise the pH level.
