The team at Everlast Services truly outdid themselves with this stunning home renovation in Yarraville. We provided a whole range of services in order for this already beautiful property to reach its full potential and create something truly magnificent. By drawing upon our years of expertise and adeptly applying our skills, we were able to well and truly exceed the expectations of this property’s owners.
Fencing
Starting at the front of the house, we installed an elegant steel fence that incorporated brickworks that perfectly matched with and complemented the house. This fence was completed with a motorised gate that provides the owners of this home with added security and convenience.
Out the back, we installed a stunning glass fence around part of the pool’s perimeter. This means that their pool fencing is complying with government regulations while still maintaining the illusion of an open space and showing off their beautiful pool.
We also installed fences around the sides and back of the house. These fences are completely opaque and mean that the family have complete privacy to enjoy their pool and backyard in peace.
Concreting
This project enabled the Everlast Services team to show off their concreting skills. At the front of the house we installed an exposed aggregate concrete driveway that provides striking visual appeal while also providing safety thanks to its non-slip properties. We also poured exposed aggregate concrete out the back, which provides a beautiful contrast with the bright green lawn.
We were also able to show off our concreting skills with the concrete paving we laid both out the front and back of the house. Out the front, these pavers created a stunning entrance to this home by forming a walkway to the door. Out the back, we laid these same pavers around the pool. Additionally, we also used them to create a raised built-in garden bed.
By featuring both the exposed aggregate concrete and the concrete pavers in the front and back of the house, the owners were able to achieve a sense of cohesion.
Ultimately, we are so proud of how this entire project came together in the end and that the owners were equally as pleased with the result.
